This domain is used by a research project measuring which DNS resolvers residential networks in the Pacific use. Requests to q-*.measure.the-net.work are measurement probes sent through residential proxy networks. They return an empty response and transfer no content to the device.
For each probe we record the IP address that fetched it and the IP address of the DNS resolver that looked it up. No other data is collected.
